Healthy Costco Foods – The Fitnessista

I’m sharing a roundup of my favorite healthy foods from Costco!

Hello! How are you? I hope you are having a wonderful day! I have an exciting Zoom call this morning and then we’re taking Liv to her first contact lens lesson. She’s been wanting them for quite some time, so I hope she likes them.

For today’s post, let’s talk about the club.

The only club I do lately hahaha.

I love Costco, which is one of the most adult things about me. I can go there for five things and spend a thousand dollars, so I don’t go there very often. When we go, we stock up on our beloved favorites and it’s so fun to see what new products and brands they have. They’ve really upped their game with organic and minimally processed options in recent years, so I wanted to mention a few of my favorites.

I’d love to hear about your Costco staples too!

Next time you visit Costco, keep an eye out for some of these beloved staples. I try to prioritize whole, minimally processed foods and read ingredient labels to make informed decisions about the products we bring home. Happy shopping and happy eating!

Share your favorite Costco finds in the comments section! Also, if you are more of an online shopper, check out Prosperous market and butcher box – two of my favorites (and those links will get you a discount).
